Mackenzie, while 16 years old, is a true professional.  She cares deeply about the quality of her work, the finished product and her customers.  She is a student at NOCCA (New Orleans Center for Creative Arts), for which she had to audition, and has already had the opportunity to work with some of the top chefs in the country.  Her work is beautiful, but more importantly, the end product is delicious!  Mackenzie uses quality ingredients and bakes only from scratch – no pre-made, boxed ingredients here!
